When does Govt. lies and obfuscation turn to outright criminal decisions to protect the Govt. at all costs?

In 2011, about the time of President Obamas visit, a small non-incorporated business had uncovered the lies and the bypassing of the Aust. constitution to take workers wages and call it superannuation in the 1980s.

A meeting with the business owners in Melbourne was arranged and they were told face to face by major voices in the govt. of the day to stop asking questions and go away!

They did not go away-a serious attack – with the help of the Qld. govt- ensued with outright criminal actions.

1] The destruction of archived information .

2] The increase of fairwork attacks on the business using lies and threats by Qld & federal fairwork inspectors.

3] This continued until 2020 when a Qld court case was used to financially cripple the business and ruin it. Together with shutting the business down during covid and reducing the assistance to next to nothing finally broke the family and it closed permanently.
